  • On 8 August, China Tower Corporation Limited was listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. The IPO, together with the exercise of the over-allotment option, raised approximately HK$58.8 billion.

  • We entered into strategic cooperation framework agreements with State Grid Corporation of China and China Southern Power Grid Co., Ltd.

  • We entered into the Supplemental Agreements to the Commercial Pricing Agreements, and the Service Agreements with each of China Mobile Company, China Unicom Corporation and China Telecom.

  • We became a member of the International Telecommunication Union.

  • We completed the issuance of asset-backed notes of RMB4.95 billion via China Interbank Bond Market.

  • We entered into the Commercial Pricing Agreements with each of China Mobile Company, China Unicom Corporation and China Telecom.
