China Tower launched the one-stop hotline 10096 on 17 May 2016 for customers, maintenance agents, facilities owners and the public. The hotline is for complaints, consultations, inquiries, and malfunction reporting, and handles complaints, malfunction reports, operating maintenance, customer communication, etc.
